Jen Beltz, Principal

Jen BeltzA media relations and PR professional with key skills in marketing and message development, Jen has directed communications and publicity campaigns for a wide range of employers and clients, including those in technology, U.S. Congressional, and city government arenas, as well as in academic, museum, food product and hospitality industries.

Working in tandem with Front Burner PR clients, Jen is able to strategically manage projects and campaigns from the conception stage of media strategy and collateral development, to launch and successful follow-up publicity. Her energetic approach and extensive range of regional and national press contacts continue to produce beneficial results for Front Burner PR's growing client list.

A media pitching pro, Jen has earned placement for numerous high-profile client pieces, several of which she ghostwrote, in national and regional outlets, including: The Washington Post, BusinessWeek, The Boston Globe, TIME, Real Simple, The Chicago Tribune, CIO Asia Magazine, Redbook and The Houston Chronicle. She also has successfully placed content and earned client interviews on a variety of national network programs, including The CBS Evening News, CNN's Burden of Proof, and NBC's "TODAY" show, as well as via a wide variety of nationally syndicated radio outlets.

Thom Householder, Principal

Thom has applied his solid media relations and business marketing background toward successfully developing overarching communications plans and tactical strategies for Front Burner PR's client list. Clients from New England to Tennessee routinely rely on his expertise in online marketing and PR for development and successful launch of their Websites and customer-driven Enewsletters.

A persuasive writer, Thom has penned national restaurant profiles and earned placements in national industry magazines, as well as in Washington, DC-based newspapers. He also coordinates numerous regional and national television tapings, major awards events, and ongoing media training resources for clients.

The Nashville native developed his savvy writing style and content development skills during his years as an editor and project manager at AARP.org, the award-winning Web site of the largest membership organization in the nation (35 million+ members). In working to ensure that AARP's product and policy messages were marketed effectively to association members, policymakers and the general public, Thom's communications products and marketing deliverables reached an average of one million site visitors each month.
